questions about window XP Professional?
hei guys i have some question regarding Window XP Professional. Recenlty a strange errors happen. Eveytime when i shut down my notebook. It shows an error message "The instruction at "0X73dd1aa2" refrence meory at "0x2e2e6571" the meory could not be read. Click the Ok button to terminate the progrm" every time when i shut down or restart my notebook this error message pop. can anyone tell me how to fix it, how come this error appear

mabey try looking in the windows help or the help database @ www.microsoft.com |

Sounds like bad RAM. If the notebook is still under warranty, take it in or contact HP.  Cricket
