Question questions about window XP Professional?

hei guys i have some question regarding Window XP Professional. Recenlty a strange errors happen. Eveytime when i shut down my notebook. It shows an error message "The instruction at "0X73dd1aa2" refrence meory at "0x2e2e6571" the meory could not be read. Click the Ok button to terminate the progrm" every time when i shut down or restart my notebook this error message pop. can anyone tell me how to fix it, how come this error appear

My Notebook Specification
HP ZE4101
Atholn XP 1500+ 1.33Ghz
20 gig hard drive
ATI Radeon Mobility 7500
382Mb DDR PC2100 Memory

mabey try looking in the windows help or the help database @ www.microsoft.com

Hi wilbasket23,

Sounds like bad RAM. If the notebook is still under warranty, take it in or contact HP.
