PC keeps on rebooting
hi guys,
I have a P4 1.7g system which has W2k OS. My problem is that my system reboots on its own just after the W2K welcome screen. I changed the PSU but still the same problem and formatted 2x. what could be the cause? Please help

can you give us a compleat list of you system hardwair ie mobo video card sound card and any thing else in your pc

I can boot to safe mode by pressing F8 and Select last know good configuration.
the specs of my sytstem : mobo : Gigabyte GA-8TX mem : 2x64 RDram VGA : Nvdia Riva TNT2 model 64 NIC : 3com OS : W2K Application installed Corel draw 10 photoshop 6 and MS office XP thants all. |

So this doesn't happen when you go into safe mode? Check Device Manager for any red X's or exclamation points.

remove the nec card from the pc and boot normaley if it work try the nec card in a difrent pci slot
