Transparent Icons...

Hey all, I can't remember how to invoke the transparent icons on the desktop......... Can someone jog my memory??

I think "window blinds" can do that. I don't remember the name of such a program, but they are out there. I never have used them much because they never worked too good for me.

Transparent Icons......

Yes, I am sure there are programs out there, but think it can be done by XP itself. My one computer is with "transparent" icons and text, but on the other that I put XP on yesterday, the text is "surrounded" by the "background" color as set in display, a small blue box around the text. This is what I want to get rid of.... I remember in the early days of XP there was some discussion on this subject, but can't find any info now...
