95 to 98
My friend wants to upgrade Windows 95 to 98. Can i just format the HDD and install 98?
The unit is an older Gateway P2. That's all I know about it. Last edited by not important; 01-21-2003 at 12:42 PM. |

Based on the VERY limited info, I guess yes.
Need to know if the cd is a regular store bought FULL version. |

You should be able to install 98 on it. Just make a boot disk, format the drive, and run setup off the CD.
