Question good resource about event viewer?

can anyone recommend a good book or resource about event viewer in win2k server. I'm new to networking and just put in a win2k server. Even if there is a warning I don't know what to do with it. Please help... my server has behaved itself so far but I'd like to be a little more proactive.

And Cheers! to best group anywhere. The people here are fabulous! Thanks for all your help.

I usually just go to Google and type:
event id **** :site:microsoft.com
It will generally tell me most of what I need to know about the event.

Personal experience is that MS search engine is horrible. Do a search for event id 528 using Google in the way listed above and then search for it by ID in the MS database. You will get much more relevant results in Google.
