Ive downloaded the latest versions of the software and patches.... but it is still happening... any solutions?? thanks!

It could be anything from flaky RAM to a corrupted .dll file (or two).
You could try a "repair", and then turn off "Error Reporting Service" by going to Start > Run > and type in: services.msc
Look down the list on the right until you see it, right click, select Properties, and you'll see how to disable it.

Try Start ---> Run

then type

sfc /scanonce

Then reboot your system, it should scan all of the operating system's protected files when you next boot up

If that's to no avail, do you have Antiviral software installed? If not, get the latest FREE version of AVG from www.grisoft.com
