xp for my lappy?
I have a lappy with a 733cele and 64mb of ram. is this good enough?

It will run it, but probably rather slow. For better performance I'd definitely suggest you add more ram (perhaps bump it up to 256mb). HTH

well if i dont put ram in it, will 2000 work for it? its chugging ME as we speak.

64M is weak even for WIN98. I wouldn't even think about 2000 without 128M and for me personally 256M.

Lappy or not it still needs lots of memory to run M$ Wndows OS faster. 64megs will do if you are patient.

I mean 64M is weak of any Microsoft OS past WIN95 whether "lappy" or desktop.
