clean installation
just formatted my pc and installed windows me on
however wont let me enter my computer or control panel comes up with this error comctl32.dll i have downloaded this file but when go to put it on it says system already has it anyone got any ideas please |

Restart in safe mode, remove all com ports from device mangler.
Restart, go into BIOS setup, disable com 2 (and com 1 if you're not using it) restart. |
