Windows XP Pro will not restart
Could anyone please help me,
I am dual booting my pc with win98se and win xp pro. My problem is when i am in xp and i click>start>turn off computer>restart, My pc will shutdown as it should, My monitor light will change from green to orange, But then it will hang and not boot back up again. All i can do is press the restart button to boot the pc back up again. The same thing happens when Windows xp tells me i need to restart my pc.
