A quick search at Symantec's web site for that error code gave:

Thumbs up

Thank you very much for your help sir. I was able to successfully clone my hard drive with your help. However I have not been able to perform an integrity check because I do not have an image file name. Since I was updating an old version of Norton ghost it did not asked me to identify my current disk. I have uploaded a copy of the screen so you can see where I need to do this identification. I also want you to know that I spent half an hour on the Norton web site using keywords to try and determine the solution to this. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

In the picture you have attached there is a box that says "Browse". Clik on Browse and find the location of the Ghost image that you want to check.

I have done that and gone to my "E." drive. This is where I have the image stored. This is the box I'm looking at. I don't know what to put in the box marked by my question in red.

Search for a .gho* extension for your hard drive. Open up Search and try to find it there.

Hope that helps!
