Can you save Windows Updates to CD

I want to install all the windows 98 updates to my parents pc which has got a fresh install of win98.

They only have 56k dial up is there any way I can d/l all the update files on my pc and save to cd and install from there?

i just looked on
http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/d.../corporate.asp
There are a lot of updates that you can dl as .exe files here. normally l it should work if you burn these and install them from disc.
are you looking for any specific updates?
im using win98se on my own pc and i never did any upgrade from internet
dont have my own connection)
