In win98 under network configuration, when you click on add there is protocal, adapter, client, and service. Under win me adapter is missing. Where is that function now? TIA.

In Microsoft's infinite wisdom, they have done away with it.
Adapter should be whatever NIC/modem is in your machine, and TCP/IP should bind to it. |
