Unknown Device in Device Manager

I've had this problem for a while and it has never caused me any trouble, but i'm curious to what this "unknown device" is... Its under other devices and according to device manager is on VIA Standard PCI to ISA Bridge. I've installed the drivers for all of my devices and I don't have any unknown hardware in my case... Anyone know what this could be?

Did you build this yourself??
Did you install the VIA 4in1 drivers??
They are supposed to be on the disk that came with the motherboard, but they are frequently being updated..

I've seen weird stuff come up in the device manager, I've removed them and they have stayed gone, so I figured windows was just having a bit of confusion. Is this device listed as present but not functioning properly at this time because of no drivers?? If so I would remove it and reboot and see if it comes back.
