Hello,
Anytime I try to do anything on my computer, it says rundll32.exe is missing and wont do anything! What can I do to fix this? Thanks for your help, Ron |

Very likely you have a virus. If you have a recent copy of Norton, try booting your computer with the disk, and running an emergency scan. It will run from DOS, and slowly, but is very thorough.
In the less likely case that it's not a virus, System File Checker will extract and restore the file for you from your installation files (either the windows CD, or the C:\Windows\Options\Cabs files). Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information . . . and from the "Tools" menu, choose System File Checker. Place a checkmark in the option box "restore one file from disk". [You can also start the program by typing sfc in the Start/Run box]. Post again if none of this helps . . . Gary |

It is a virus. I beliece that Norton fixsirc.exe is the fix. I had the same problem.
