RUNDLL error

Just got my new build up and running, but on every boot-up I get a RUNDLL error in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\NvCpl.dll
Missing entry:NvStartup
Is this anything to worry about?Where does the driver need to be installed?Device manager shows all OK.
Asus A7N266-VM
athlon 1700+XP
Win98SE
Any solutions welcome.

Looks like something is wrong with the video card, but I can't tell what.

Are you experiencing any other problems?

yes I am not getting any sound from the speakers, and the modem is set up alright-everything checks out,but it cant establish a connection.
I think the rundll error is for the Nvidia control panel.I tried reinstalling the drivers but it didn't make a difference.

Try booting to Safe Mode, removing the onboard video, onboard sound, (builtin modem?), onboard lan, - all the stuff built into the nForce chipset - then reinstall the motherboard drivers on reboot. If the motherboard has a specialized install routine you want to try, just "Cancel" windows offer to find a driver & run the installation setup file on your mb CD.

Sounds like the first go didn't finish quite right.
Best of luck
