Photo Software for Windows NT
Would anyone have a recommendation for good photo editing software that can be used with Windows NT. Must also be able to download photos from a digital camera. Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is a little out of our price range. Thanks.

Paint Shop Pro is an awesome program for the money. If you like Photoshop but don't like the price, Photoshop Essentials does a lot for a good price.
