This "just" happened?
After a reboot all is well again?

How much ram is installed?

After a fresh boot, what is you System Resource percentage? (Explorer > Help > About)

Lots of free space on the hard drive?

Welcome to the forums Bumpy!

You will need to add more RAM into your system so you can get rid of that message or stop running a lot of programs. Also you can use Virtual Memory and that will get rid of those errors, but sometimes you will sacrifice some performance if you use virtual memory with a low amount of RAM.

One more question. What type of RAM are you using?

What program are you trying to run, and under what OS?
