Problems with .gif's
I am running win XP and all of a sudden all my .gif files no longer move or show up as a red x.
Also when I save a .gif to my PC they get saved as .bmp files? is there any way to fix this. |

did you recently change your default image viewer? Best advice I could give is try and find another typeof image viewer, like IrfanView, and when your saving gif's and th window appears, right under where you would name the file there should be a firld that says file type, make sure it doesnt say .bmp, hit the tab andchoose gif from the list

This happens to me when browsing the web and my security levels are on high in IE, You may want to try that.

Are you using any add blocking programs or pop-up killer programs?
