Formatting woes

I need help on formatting my computer. I know how to use fdisk, but I can't get a Windows boot disk that has fdisk. Windows XP, which is on my 2nd computer, doesn't have the fdisk command on the MS-DOS boot disk and Windows 2000 boot disks seem to just go right into Windows 2000 Setup.

I need help.

www.bootdisk.com or www.startdisk.com
Why not use the windows 2000 setup to format the drive?

For XP. Go into your Bios and set to boot from CD Rom. Boot from the XP CD and it will format the drive.
If you want to do it from DOS then go to www.bootdisk.com and make a 98 boot disk.
