fqpissed Desk Top Short Cuts Going To The wrong Place

Greetings From Texas

I am lazy and want to ask you for a solution instead of me trying to find one by myself. OK-- I have CompuServe for my ISP. When I click on a desk top shortcut it opens in Explorer and it should open up in CompuServe page..This started about a week ago and I just now decided to fix it.-------------Donald

PS: it is something simple and I probably over the years forgot where to go to correct it.

What is the problem, I assume it's opening up a different page when you start Internet Explorer than you want it to... Go to Tools>InternetOptions,, and right there on the top of the general tab page is where you set you home page which is the page you want to load when IE starts. You can just navigate to the page you desire then go into the options and click use current, Thats the easiest way to be sure it's set to what you want.
