Question Explorer's window

Like when I click on a message to read here in one of the forums,
the window opens up slightly smaller & I have click the center small square in the upper right hand corner to get the standard full size window & the little square turns into a double square. Is there some place in explorer to set it to open full page???

For getting IE's secondary windows to open maximized, there is no fix, just a workaround. There is some third-party freeware that will accomplish the same thing but I cannot remember the name of it.

Open IE, open a link in a new window to get two windows going.

In the secondary window, DRAG it to the size and position you want. Don't use the maximize button (middle square in upper right) but, rather, grab the edges or corners when the cursor turns into a double-headed arrow and hold down the left mouse button to drag.

Close the first IE window.

Close the second IE window.

All IE windows should open full size now...so long as you don't forget and use the maximize button...in which case you'll probably have to do the dragging thing again.
