win xp pc startup troubles
we have a PC P4 with win XP(home) at my work.
It’s almost always on, because nobody works on it. yesterday i tried to install some programs on it , but the Cd rom player didn’t recognise the CD. When I tried to restart the PC, winXP starts (but it takes very long),and after that the screen just turns black. The only thing I can see is the mouse moving... The same problem in Safe mode What to do??????????????? |

it shows the moving "wait-for-start-up" bar,
you know? the blue bar going from left to right, then it seem to start, only the screen turns black |
