Veritas CIS RecordNow DX

Has anyone had an internal error message when trying to install the CIS CDRW software? I cannot find anything about this error on the web.
I am wondering if it has anything to do with my update of MediaPlayer to 9.x? The CIS software is older version 4.12.
Anyone?
Thanks,
Alan

Why did you install Media Player 9, not only will it interfer with 3rd party burning software, it also has copy protection and to top it all off you cannot uninstall the damn thing.
I do not know if XP-ANti SPy can help you as I cannot remember if it can disable the XP burning software, but it would be worth a try. Just do a google search for it.
