XP Task Manager Problem

Hi all.

Here is the problem.

When I press ctrl+alt+delete the task manager comes up, but it comes up without the tabs or title bar (see pic below).

I can’t remember what I was doing when it happened.

I tried starting the computer in safe mode and when I login as Admin it works. When login to my normal account it doesn’t work. My normal account is the Admin in normal mode. So it doesn’t work in normal mode.

I tried diagnostic mode in MSCONFIG, that didn’t work.

Any ideas?
