I've run into this wierd problem while running on Windows XP. Ok so whenever I try to install or uninstall for that matter a program my comptuer jstu all foa sudden reboots for no reason. It doesnt even give me a prompt to or anything. I tried uninstallinga firewall... and installing simple small programs and it just reboots all of a sudden. I was screwing around in Services.msc and msconfig could anything in any of those 2 programs cause my comptuer to do this? thanks a lot!

Hey Whr2206,
I would get the samething when I ran XP. It had to do something with my Sound card and my chipset. Could be also bad RAM. Check if you have any IRQ conflicts.. So I down graded to Windows 2000 and installed the VIA 4 in 1 drivers and I never got the problem again.. |

I had the same problem on my computer, but i fixed it, try to see if your power supply is not going on you, and also it could be faulty ram.
