no email background sound

out of the clear blue (no recent changes made to system),
when I tried to add a background sound to an email message I get the message (when I try to send it):
"one or more of the PICTURES in this message cannot be found.
when you try to send this message these pictures will not be included. do you want to send the message?"
odd that I get a message about pictures while trying to include a small mp3...
anyone have an idea what causes this or how to fix it?

ok false alarm...I figured it out:
Outlook will only send the following formats:
.wav, .au, .aif, .aife, .aif, and midi files...
the error message was "running home to mama" by telling me the pictures couldn't be found, I think because Outlook had no way of relating to the .mp3 format....
