Error message

Hi everyone.

I have a problem it seems small enough, but I'm not sure what it means. After starting up my Pc when I reach the desktop I get this message.

RTL

Was unable to start driver for HPZ: pm12.exe(HPZ: pm12.exe)

Other than that everyting seems ok. Has anyone ever had this type of error before.

Thanks DD

hey

could be: "PaletteMaker 1.2
PaletteMaker creates a common 256-colour palette from a list of RGB pictures. It uses an iterative and interactive procedure in order to optimize those colours that you judge most important. PaletteMaker is flexible and achieves high quality. PaletteMaker knows about the peculiarities of the Windows Palette Manager and takes the human perception model into account."

sound like a familiar program you might've downloaded?

their homepage is: http://www.compuphase.com/software_palettemaker.htm

Thing is I haven't downloade anything since I have put together this new PC except anti virus updates. This seems to have started after I had trouble with Norton Internet security software. I had to uninstall it because of software issues which started after my last update last night.

I found these references:
Netware 3.11 driver for DPT 2022 controller.
PaletteMaker 1.2
Do you have either Netware installed, or a DPT controller?
I would guess something to do with HP, printer, or scanner.
