manually deleting programs?
I want to get Kazaa off my system but it's not easy at all. How can I delete all the components manually cos add/remove programs hasn`t actually removed it. Is it regedit or msconfig or something like that?
Thanks. |

If you haven't ran the uninstall program, do a google search for Add/Remove Plus and download/install/run the demo version. It is a much more complete uninstall utility than windows.
Next from www.jv16.org download/install/run regcleaner. On the opening screen put a check in any box dealing with Kazaa and delete. Next go to the start-up tab and do the same. Finally in this program go to Tools, Registry Clean-up, and select do them all. Then select all of the entries it finds and remove them. Finally go to www.lurkhere.com and download/install/check for updates/run Spybot Search and Destroy to get rid of any spyware and garbage left over from Kazaa. |
