How much better is xp pro than xp home edition? Is it worth paying the extra money?

Personally, I say no... unless you need to login to a domain or you need multi CPU support (hyperthreading apparently doesn't count), Home Edition is all you need.

Biggest difference is you can log into a "domain" with Pro and you can't with Home.
