Internet explorer>tools>internet options>advanced>scroll down to the browsing section and remove the check mark next to show run time errors

In internet explorer 6> Tools>Internet options >Advance Options browising the fifth option down is DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY SCRIPT ERROR. Uncheck that if there is a check mark in it. Aslo you might want to remove the check mark in the fourth box done DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING.

No, actually you WANT a check mark in "Disable Script Debugging"... which may not have anything to do with runtime errors... if it's truly a "runtime" error, and not a "scripting" error.
