XP bluescreens
I have recently gotten afew bluescreens when copying a music CD in WMP onto my harddrive. This is not the only action that I have experienced this, but it does seem to be the most frequent. I submitted a report and the vague response was pointing to my CD-RW software. Is there such a thing as having too many software options to burn media with? Although this action is not a burning function, I was wondering if memory allocation or something might be a root cause. I will capture specific error codes next time and post back....just trying to get some thoughts. I have a 4-in1 PlextorCombo drive the PX-320A, a 20/10/40/12A. Software is a EZ-CD Creator basic and something called Oaks Technology. Plextor site says XP needs no drivers for this drive, so it isn't that I need to update drivers.

After reading Acid-Klutch's post, "Please help me... ect.." I realize that I do have a Radeon AIW 7500 card and when go through Windows Update there are about four new drivers available to download. Should I download these drivers? Will they auto install when downloaded or does this just add drivers to the list of available drivers? Could this be my problem?
