Something weird is going on with my XP

I dont know if my brother is playing a funny as hell joke, but everytime i look at him I know he has something to do with this.

I was just over a friends house and i realized i lost my connection, and popped back on, -same away, but not idle- then a few moments later, i lost my connection again. anyways, I came home, and my computer was shut down. -I left it on, I smell a rat!- anyways, I walk into the living room, ask my father if he was on my computer, he said no, then i go into my brothers room and ask him if he was on my computer, he said no, then i go start my computer back up and look at my start menu and where it is supposed to say "Start" it says "virus" I wait for the 'iexpIore.exe' error message to pop up and there is no pop up. I walk into my brothers room clapping, because I think he fixed the 'IexpIore.exe problem, and while messing with my registry keys, he edited my start menu. Is this possible? Thanks for your help in advance, and if u dont believe me, heres what it says!
