need help
This window keeps popping up in a lot of place it never did before.How can i stop that from happening?

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with IE certificates for webpages.
Go into IE. Tools > Internet Options > "content" tab > certificates > select "all" on the pull-down menu. If that doesn't work, try setting your security to medium if it isn't already.
