Every time I go to the Microsoft website to download Critical or Windows XP updates I have trouble. The download goes good, but once the installational starts I get the error message " this software has not passed the windows logo testing" and it doesn't install.
Number #1, this (*^&%% software is coming from windows so it should pass the (*&^(& test. Number #2, what the &*^^ is microsofts problem with not letting people e-mail them? Anyway, enough bitching about that. Does anyone out there know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance. Last edited by ppogue; 03-10-2003 at 09:17 PM. |

Hi! ppogue!
I was just wondering. Is your computer set for Microsoft to send you their updates automatically to your computer? ------------Donald |

Where did you get your copy of XP? Is it registered? Has it been activated?
