chkdisk

Hey all

I was wondering if anyone knew how to prevent windows XP Pro from running chkdisk during startup? I have some bad clusters on my HD....it's running fine except for the chkdisk everytime i start. Any way to disable it?

Thanks in advance

Open a DOS box, and type: chkdsk /fix
You will be prompted to run chkdsk the next boot up, and it should fix any errors at that time, or lock out bad sectors, and you shouldn't have to run it again.
