Is it XP?

OK after installing the XP upgrade I can not get my Warcraft III game to work. It seems that the CD/RW is having problems reading the disk.
All drivers have been updated and I show no errors or problems in device manager. The drive seems ok it writes, and plays audio cd's. Any suggestions?

Is the disk scratched? Maybe you could clean the warcraft III disk to remove fingerprints or other scratches.

Have you tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it?

What XP upgrade are you talking about: the SP1 or did you upgrade from another version of Windows?
