excuse my lack of knowledge but whenever i start up my computer it automatically launches my windows folder (the one which says 'show files' ). . . . . this is really anoying me . . . . can any1 help, or offer any direction.. as i feel i have tried everything to resolve this problem .. ..thanks¬

See if the registry key noted here is the cause
