Unhappy Routing with Win2K Server

I have a W2K Server (adv) box running 2 NIC's, one in the range 192.168.0.0 and the other in the rage 194.168.0.0. Each NIC s connected to a seperate LAN.
I have enabled I.P Forwarding via the checkbox on the server.

Is there anything else i need to do to enable clients from one LAN see clients on the other ?

The Clients O/S range from '98 - XP Pro.

Thanks.
