Ok there are a couple things I want to know.
1. How to change the start up and shut down screen. Not the bios load screen just the windows load screen in win 98se.
2. How to make windows automaticly run a program on start up.

In answer to your second question, all you have to do is put a shortcut of the prog in the "StartUp" folder in the "Start > programs" menu.

Or, if the program has the abilitiy, look to see if it can be set to "load in the system tray" or "load at startup".
