locked out internet tools ?
I just noticed today that when I go to Tools>Internet Options in ie browser,that I get this message this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.Please contact your system administrator.This is a stand alone home computer and I am the only user on my comp.I go there to clear out my cache and I just did so a few days ago,dont know how this got done,need to know how to be able to get it back.TIA

Never mind I found my prob,it was a setting in spybot search and destroy.Thank anyway .
