blue screen
hi - when booting with win2000 for the first time after installation the system hangs - its a blue screen and fails to fully load win2000 - what would i need to assist with troubleshooting and utilities and would the ERD help

What does the blue screen error message say? It will give you a clue where to start troubleshooting.
Is this a brand new computer? Is it home built or store bought? Try swapping out the RAM.  Cricket
