i'm scared to install the sp1 pack, i did it once before and i couldnt access the internet......couldnt figure out what was wrong. i have all the latest patches.

tigstah, then you should know that the latest update adresses the issue of "unable to access internet after installing SP1".

Hi,
Do you have to install that patch manually, or was it in one of the updates? Or do I even have to worry since I have no trouble getting to the internet? TIA

how the hell are you supposed to get on the internet to download the fix if your computer cant access the internet

Guess this!...i cant install Microsoft SP1.Do you know why?.....its because its....PIRATED!(*sshhhhh*).as you all can see i live in malaysia where all stuff are pirated and SP1 won't install because it checks my authencity. i got my microsoft windows XP Pro for RM5(=$1.30)NO JOKE!
still looking for a hack to install SP1....lol |

Closing it would not really help the others with their issues. Threads are usually closed when there isnt really much to resurrect it. Am assuming that Rave got the msg as well and will be careful. Its not that we are trigger happy .. just trying to make sure that everyone gets their issues sorted out.
