Question win2k password?

Hi if i am an administrator on a standalone win2k machine is there a way to veiw another users pw?

The admin has the authority to reset passwords of users but not view them. They are encrypted.

However, there are utils available that allow you to dump the SAM and you can then hit the account with a brute force to try and get the password. Also, some utils will show you a list of accounts on the machine with weak passwords, and what those passwords are. They may not be able to give it to you if it is a strong password however.
