IE closes
I am using winXP pro. it was working ok. a week ago i installed a lot of patches from windows update. after that if i open two or more ie windows, then it closes by it self with a message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close...etc. etc.."
Would uninstalling the patch help? In the 'add or remove programs' window I can see a lot of 'WIndows XP hotfix (SP1)' patches. Can these be listed according to the date they were installed so that I could remove last week's patches? TIA |

Yes I did. I restored to the point before installing the patches. But I the problem has not gone away. Before installing those pathces it was working fine. Any other suggestions?
