IIS under winXP SP1

right now i'm learning how to use IIS under XPprof SP1. but can't figure out how to use its SMTP, because 4 emails still in the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue .. while the 2 others had been sent.

Do you have a business broadband account?. Most residential accounts block port 25 so you can't run an SMTP server.

no i dont ..
but i've sent some recently including dummies to my personal account and just got them alright ... in this case i wonder how could it be sent only some while the others stay ...

i open the messages source on the Outlook Express it shows the 2600.0.1 as smtp, so it must be the XPSP1 smtp ... thx
