return favorites ?
How do you reinstall the IE favorites file on a newly formatted computer?
At the moment the it's on a floppy disk.

If it is windows 98/ME just open windows explorer (Right click on the start button) and then go to the Windows folder find the Favorites folder and then replace the folder with the one on the floppy or copy paste the links to the existing folder. In 2K/XP it's the same with the exception that the Favorites folder is in C:\Documents and Settings under the User's account.
Also in ME or XP you will need to right click on the Task Bar properties and then the Start Menu Tab and then the Customize button and put a check in the Show Favorites in the Start Menu. |
