from xp to 2000
hi,i need to use my win2000 for a while til i get a descend version of XP have (dont ask why).
my problem is that i cant start my 2000 install from the cd becuze 2000 is an older version. what do i need to do now? |

You will have to install it on another partition or format and start over.

you should be able to set your cd-rom as the first boot device and go into the windows 2000 setup and it shouldn't matter that it is older... should have the option to format....
