Comctl32.dll missing
When starting up windows, I get the following
Comctl32.dll is missing from c:\windows\system. when you click Ok the machine just stops and will not load windows. It will NOT even load into SAFE MODE. Anyone know how i can recover this file and make windows atart again.????/ |

Copy it from another system onto a floppy, boot it to a command prompt, then copy the file from the floppy to where it belongs. At the DOS prompt:
copy a:\comctl32.dll c:\windows\system |
