Exclamation Folder 'icon' missing! Help!

When I click on a 'Save As' dialogue box, I see a list of folders I can save my file (any file) to - e.g. the 'My Documents' folder etc. My problem is that the icon for the 'My Webs' folder suddenly now looks like a default windows icon (white with the windows logo), and not the normal FOLDER ICON.

I have no idea how this happened. The strange bit is that when I view the list of folders thru Windows Explorer, I can see the proper folder icon for the 'My Webs' folder.

How did this happen? What can I do to get the icon back? This is not a critical thing - but I wanted to see if any of you have any suggestions for me. Thanks.
