I want to create a password, so that only i can open a certain folder i have created, so that if anyone else is using my computer they cannot view its contents. I would like to be prompted with a password. how do i do this?

Trin,

If you have multiple users on your computer you could set up a sharing profile for different users (if your using W2K or XP, and NTFS). But as for setting passwords, I don't know of any way.

there is a program out there I actually cant remember the name but I used to use it to password protect my folders. It was shareware so check out download.com maybe. There are probably a few of them out there now.
